Recipe of Turkish Traditional Poğaça

For the dough:
-1 egg
-1 glass of mılk
-1/2 glass of melted margarine (or other fat)
-2 tablespoons sugar
-dried yeast (or fresh yeast)
-about 1/2 kilo of flour

For the stuffing:
-Turkish white cheese (or feta cheese)
-fresh parsley, chopped

Knead well the dough for about 15 minutes (the flour should be of premium quality), then cover and let it rest for about 45 minutes in a warm place, until risen. Take a ball of dough, open and stretch with your hands a little, put in the middle some of the stuffing, and reseal with your hands. Then brush over some of one beaten egg (optional).
Put in the preheated oven at about 200°C until golden.
Makes about 30 buns.
